Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to forward email messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
